For Horse Owners Who Want To

Predict and Prevent Lamintis

So They Can Stop Worrying

And Have More Fun

With Their Horse

Laminitis is a very common problem for horses.

Research has shown that 1 in 10 horses develop a laminitis episode each year. Roughly half of cases are new, and half are recurrent.

A full blown laminitis episode is our worst nightmare. It’s very painful for our horse, but it also causes us huge amounts of stress, time and money, requiring veterinary care, remedial hoof care, and considerable changes to our horse keeping methods.

The majority of episodes aren’t a sudden onset problem though. They build up slowly.

Low Grade Laminitis

Low Grade Laminitis can grumble along unnoticed for weeks, months or even years because the associated problems of LGL are attributed to something else or even considered ‘normal’ for that horse or yard.

Problems like:

  • Underrun Heels
  • Weak or collapsed heels
  • Thin Soles
  • Poor quality horn
  • Hoof infection
  • Wall cracks
  • Flare
  • Foot soreness on hard ground
  • Struggling on stones
  • Sore after trimming/shoeing
  • Under performing, napping or laziness

We all worry about our horses, whether we’re doing the right thing, doing enough or even doing too much!

It’s hard to know what to look out for, what the things we do see actually mean, and what we need to do about it, if anything.

These days we’re not short on information or advice… We’re overloaded with it! The challenge is knowing which advice to listen to.

You absolutely can make low grade laminitis predictable and preventable when you understand what to look for and know how to deal with it.

Who Am I??!?!

I’m Debs Crosoer, an Equine Podiatrist with nearly 20 years experience of improving horse’s hooves.

I’m a little bit obsessed with laminitis prevention, and helping horses recover from laminitis as fast and pain free as possible.

My mission in life is to help you get your horse as healthy and sound as possible using easy methods that simplify your life

Many of the Laminitis Warning signs that are taught to us are actually signs that laminitis has already happened. They are signs you need to call the vet. They’re not really a warning sign. They’re an emergency alarm.

But there are EARLY warning signs for low grade laminitis. These tell you there’s danger up ahead, and give you time to make adjustments to avoid that danger.

THE LAMINITIS WARNING SIGNS PROGRAM

will give you a system to:

  • Quickly and easily evaluate your horse, so you can address problems quickly.
  • Improve your horse’s performance, health and happiness which means our furry friends can live their best life
  • Feel Less Stressed! Because you’ll understand what’s going on with your horse

You'll also benefit from:

  • An amazing community of dedicated horse owners just like you, so you can learn together and share your experience
  • Support from me! It’s my mission to make it as simple and stress free as possible for you to meet your horse’s individual needs.

If only I had The Benefit of this course Before...

Julie Baker

It was a shock for me when Ruby was diagnosed with Laminitis. If only I’d had the benefit of the knowledge from this course before, then I would have recognised several of the warning signs of Low Grade Laminitis and could have taken the measures to stop it

The information in the LWS course fills in all the gaps in my previous learning, and Deb’s depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and presentation make this course worth every penny.
