Ever feel like you're playing hoof-health detective with no clues and a half-chewed map?

The Health Checks

Quick, simple tools designed to make sense of the messy middle between “looks fine” and “yikes!” so you can figure out what’s working, what needs a tweak, and what to keep an eye on.

You’ll figure out what’s working, what’s wobbly, and where to focus next... without needing a vet degree or a crystal ball.

They’re a cross between a checklist and a scorecard. Just five quick questions on one specific area of health, so you can see exactly where you’re winning and where your effort needs to go next.

The Success Tracks

Honestly, there’s a lot of helpful stuff in The Hub… Like over a decade's worth of stuff. It got a little unwieldy, so I created the Success Tracks so when you had a problem, you could find your way to a solution that suits your horse, your setup, and your sanity.

They take you step-by-step from where you are to where you want to be:

  • Figure out the root cause no more guessing or focusing on the wrong thing
  • Understand why it’s happening, why it keeps coming back
  • Know exactly what to do next to turn things around
  • Get support when you need it, with the right resources at the right time
Pick your Track…

Foot Sore Horse A common complaint that stresses us out almost as much as it stresses our horses. Let’s get to the bottom of it and get them sound.

Barefoot Methodology What is this barefoot thing all about, then? It’s not just farriery without shoes, it's a whole different approach to horse care and hoof health.

Hoof Pathology Under-run heels, navicular, abscesses… pick your poison, find your antidote. Let’s make sense of what’s going on and what to do about it.

Strengthening Hooves We all want rock crunchers. This track shows you how to build strength from the inside out, without crossing your fingers and just waiting for improvement.

Hoof Infection Pesky. Persistent. Annoying as hell. Let’s sort it properly, with remedies that work and advice that makes sense.

Transitioning to Barefoot Overwhelming at first, easier with a plan. Set your horse up for a short and comfortable transition period.

Managing the Environment The secret weapon of hoof health - set your environment up so it does the work for you (and keeps you sane in the process).

Monthly Live Zoom Workshops

Each month, we jump on Zoom and take a deeper dive into a key aspect of Whole Horse Hoof Health. No fluff, no filler—just proper, practical teaching.

These workshops are free to Hub members for a limited time, then they head into the Hoof Geek Academy shop. So yes—you’re getting the good stuff while it’s hot.

After the session, we open it up for Q&A, so you can ask your questions, check your understanding, and apply what you’ve learned with confidence.

Everyone’s welcome whether you’re just starting out or have years of hoof geeking under your belt.

And if you can’t make it live? Replays are available over the following weekend, so you’ve got time to catch up with a cuppa.

Sometimes I’ll even throw in a stonking discount on a related course as a thank-you for showing up.

Past Zoom workshops have included:

  • Fixing Foot Soreness
  • Feeding the Barefoot Horse
  • Barefoot Thoroughbred
  • Hoof Infection Survival Guide
